Garces Law, LLC was founded by Stephanie A. Garces Donat to zealously advocate for her clients when they need it most. Stephanie is an experienced bilingual attorney who prides herself in fighting for her clients while exceeding their expectations. Garces Law also concentrates on Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts, Probate, and Real Estate law. We also focus on civil litigation, handling matters including contract disputes, and more in Cook County and the surrounding suburbs.

Stephanie obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she graduated with honors. She received her Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law. She is licensed in both Illinois and the Northern District of Illinois.

Stephanie is an active member of the community and has a passion for helping others. She serves as a pro bono attorney at Chicago Volunteer Legal Services helping families through challenging estate, probate, and real estate matters. She also serves as a pro bono attorney with the National Immigrant Justice Center, helping individuals with immigration issues. She is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association serving on the small and solo firm committee and the young lawyers' division, and Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois. Stephanie is currently the first Latina and youngest president of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association (NWSBA)

When Stephanie is not practicing law, she enjoys exercising, traveling, swimming, and going on walks with her dogs.

KENNETH DONAT II

Kenneth Donat II

In 2015, Kenneth obtained his Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall Law School and was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois. In 2010, he received his bachelor’s degree from Roosevelt University, where he also obtained a minor in Legal Studies and an ABA-Approved Paralegal Certificate.

In addition to having experience in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, and Real Estate, Kenneth also has a diverse civil litigation background handling personal injury, professional liability, and complex commercial matters. Through this diverse practice background, he has gained significant experience and obtained favorable results for his clients.

When not advocating for his clients, Kenneth is an active member of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association Board of Governors and enjoys spending time hiking, boating, and walking his Boston Terriers.
